The McCaskeys are a family. They became one the day United Way partner Catholic Family Services introduced them to 12-week old Brandon, the son they would adopt. That was almost nine years ago, and none of them would change a thing. Except maybe Brandon who wishes his little sister would stay out of his room.

Leadership Matters

At the core of every worthwhile endeavor are leaders whose caring and personal leadership set the course for others. Central Alabama is fortunate to have thousands of generous and caring individuals, families and foundations who make a significant difference with annual gifts of $1,000 or more. They have chosen to make United Way of Central Alabama, Inc. one of their primary philanthropic investments. They have chosen to improve lives and community conditions by building and mobilizing this community's resources.
