A step-by-step guide to setting clear campaign goals and developing
an action plan. Learn how to use last year's campaign numbers to
determine your goals for this year by using our worksheet to analyze
giving. Incorporate a leadership campaign in your plans to set the
pace and reach your goal.

Promote,
Publicize & Let the Fun Begin
Organize and promote fun events that motivate employees and increase
morale. Learn about agency speakers and tours. Get ideas on how
to publicize your campaign in a variety of ways.

Put
Your Plan into Action
See the benefit of all your hard work when you carry out all of
the plans. Learn how to ask employees to give, share a story, and
provide all of the activities or resources needed for your employees
to make a pledge.
