The 2nd Annual Cooking for a Cause event is May 3rd!

We are excited to announce that Cooking for a Cause will be on Thursday, May 3, 2012 from 5:30-9:00 p.m. at the Alagasco Center for Energy Technology.  UWYLS is committed to the fight to end childhood obesity in Jefferson County.  Through this event, we hope to shed light on the importance of a healthy lifestyle.  The night will feature VIP cooking demonstrations from Chef Chris Vizzina, a silent auction, live music, wine tasting, hors d’oeuvres, and much more. The event will benefit Healthy Kids, Healthy Communities, a project of the Jefferson County Health Action Partnership, and the United Way Young Leaders Society.
