Young Leaders Step-Up Leadership Giving Program

Here’s how it works :

United Way is all about Living United—each of us bringing our diverse talents to the table by giving, advocating, and volunteering. As a YL Leadership Giver, you join a three-year development program in which you make a community impact of $1000 each year.

 

Year 1 : pledge $500 and 30 United Way volunteer hours

Year 2 : pledge $750 and 15 United Way volunteer hours

Year 3 : pledge $1000 and voluntary United Way volunteer hours

 

If your company participates with United Way, you will be recognized at your company as a Leadership Giver. Special opportunities will be available through Young Leaders as well for Leadership Givers.

 

Volunteer Events : United Way offers a wide variety of volunteer opportunities that provide excellent opportunities to serve, grow professionally, and branch out. To name a few: Visiting Allocations Team , Success by Six , Voluntary Income Tax Assistance, Project Homeless Connect, and Young Leaders Committee position .
