For New Users:
- Go to https://uwca.fluxx.io/
- Click ‘Create Account’ (see image below)
To check your eligibility for UWCA grants, select below if you provide services in the six-county UWCA coverage area (Jefferson, Shelby, Walker, St Clair, Blount, and Chilton). (See image below).
To register for an account, you will need to enter all of the fields shown in the image below. Following that is an example of how to fill out a new user account. Please note that you will need to enter your mailing address if it is different from the organization’s address.
Following submission, your information will be processed and you will receive a message on the screen. (See image below).
