Ninety percent of brain development occurs by the age of 5, so we offer resources and pre-K programs for a successful start in life.

Financial Stability & Career Development
We provide access to money-management and job-skills programs to help individuals and families become financially stable.

Hunger Relief
We work to eliminate hunger through local foodbanks, summer feeding programs and meal deliveries.

Homelessness Prevention & Housing
We offer one-on-one assistance to locate permanent housing and resources, helping people gain the knowledge and skills to remain financially stable.

Mental Health
One in four people faces mental illness, making it a top concern for families. Our programs offer counseling, mental health screenings and more.

Senior Support Services
Our programs, services and partners help seniors live healthier, more fulfilled lives.

Youth Health & Wellness
We provide health screenings, physical activities and more to help our youth grow stronger.

Youth Support & After-School Programs
We offer after-school and mentoring programs for youth that improve academic performance and help prepare them for college, careers and life.
