Community Investments
United Way raises funds each calendar year to be invested in the community during the following year. In 2023, United Way’s annual campaign generated approximately $41 million in pledges. Federal, state and local grants amounted to an additional $67 million invested in the community. Only 5.75% of annual expenses were in fundraising and administrative costs.
