The mission of United Way Hands On is to connect people with organized and meaningful volunteer opportunities to help bring about positive social change.

United Way Visiting Allocation Team (VAT)
Each year, we rely on over 500 volunteers to help us make decisions about which community programs will be a good investment of United Way dollars raised during our campaign.
Meals on Wheels
Through the Meals on Wheels program, UWCA delivers hot and frozen meals, five days a week, to more than 1,500 seniors who are homebound throughout Jefferson County. You’ll be helping ensure that these seniors receive the healthy nutrition they need.
