Help Us Sweeten the Holidays for Boarding Home Residents!

The Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program at United Way’s Area Agency on Aging invites you to help us spread a little holiday cheer to those who need it most. “Home Sweet Home for the Holidays” is all about treating the residents of 40 boarding homes in Jefferson County to the delight of holiday desserts.

We’re calling on generous hearts like yours to donate store-bought sweets — cakes, cupcakes, cookies and pies — that will brighten residents’ celebrations and remind them that they’re not forgotten. Individuals, community groups and businesses are all invited to participate!

Dessert Drop-Off Dates:

Friday, December 19th & Monday, December 22nd
8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m.
