United Way of Central Alabama provides meeting spaces to nonprofit organizations, partner agencies and community partners at no cost! Whether you’re hosting a workshop, training session or board meeting, we have a meeting space that fits your needs.
Amenities and Support
All meeting rooms have Wi-Fi, are equipped with audio/video conferencing capabilities and have at least one screen. Each room is also equipped with a walk-through guide of how to utilize the room’s features. We have designated staff to assist you every step of the way. From booking to setup, our team is excited to make your event a success.

Who may reserve a meeting room and what are the associated costs?
United Way of Central Alabama offers the use of our meeting spaces to nonprofit organizations, partner agencies, and community partners – at absolutely no cost!
What is the reservation process and what kind of assistance will I receive?
Throughout the entire reservation process, we have dedicated staff available to assist you from start to finish. The first step to hosting your meeting at United Way of Central Alabama is to fill out the reservation request form and our Guest Services Specialist will contact you to confirm the details of your reservation. Once the reservation has been confirmed, you will be sent a campus map and a room guide which includes step-by-step instructions for utilizing all the room’s amenities. On the day of your reservation, our Guest Service Specialist will assist you throughout the day as needed.
What amenities do the meeting rooms have?
Our meeting rooms vary in capacity from 12-100 and are equipped with PCs, TV monitors capable of screen mirroring, whiteboards, video teleconferencing options, and Wi-Fi.
What hours may I reserve a meeting room?
Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. At times, we may be able to host meetings and events outside these hours. If you have a request outside of normal business hours, please fill out a reservation request form to see if your meeting can be accommodated.
