United Way of Central Alabama partners with nonprofit organizations, schools, and community initiatives to address our region’s most pressing challenges. Through annual allocations, targeted grants and strategic investments, we help strengthen health, education, financial stability and access to essential services across Central Alabama.

SAIL Grants

The SAIL Grant Program supports innovative projects that expand opportunities for children, youth and families across Central Alabama. SAIL funding is designed to encourage creative solutions, strengthen community partnerships and address emerging needs through programs that demonstrate measurable impact.
