Central Alabama Donors Provide 40,000 Period Supplies to Neighbors in Need
Volunteers transformed thousands of donated period products into practical support for neighbors across Central Alabama. Led by United Way Hands On, the 2026 Period Supply Drive brought together volunteers, businesses, students and community partners to collect, sort and prepare approximately 40,000 supplies for local distribution.
