About Priority Veteran
Priority Veteran, in partnership with United Way of Central Alabama (UWCA), is an assistance program established through a grant from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF). Our mission is to support U.S. military veterans and their families who are homeless or at immediate risk of homelessness.
How We Help
We offer veterans intensive, personalized support to help them achieve long-term stability. This includes housing and connecting veterans to resources that help them acquire knowledge and skills necessary for long-term financial stability.

We serve the entire state of Alabama with the exception of Baldwin and Mobile counties. In Florida, we serve Okaloosa, Escambia, Santa Rosa and Walton counties.
