Subaru cares about our seniors! In fact, a Subaru Outback was awarded to United Way of Central Alabama’s Meals on Wheels program through the 2018 Subaru “50 Cars for 50 Years” Vehicle Donation Program. Now, as part of a national partnership with Meals on Wheels America, Subaru of America and its retailers will donate a minimum of $300 to charities, such as Meals on Wheels, for every new vehicle leased or sold between November 16, 2023 and January 2, 2024.
Our local Meals on Wheels stands to receive a share of the proceeds from this national campaign. So if you’re in search of a new vehicle, please consider a Subaru and help Meals on Wheels help homebound seniors. #ShareTheLove.
Since the “Subaru Share the Love Event” began in 2008, Subaru and its participating retailers have donated more than 4.3 million meals and helped provide friendly visits to seniors being served by local Meals on Wheels programs across the country.
