2026 Class of Loaned Executives

Each year, local organizations select valued employees to participate in United Way of Central Alabama’s prestigious Loaned Executive Program. During the 13-week program, participants collaborate with top management and employee campaign coordinators at companies and organizations throughout our area to develop and implement impactful internal campaigns on behalf of United Way.

Our Loaned Executives come from diverse sectors, including middle management, professional, clerical and organized labor. This program not only benefits the community but also enhances the professional and personal skills of the participants, making it a win-win for everyone involved.
