The J. Mason Davis Leadership Society of United Way and the A.G. Gaston Boys & Girls Club will be offering a day of mentoring to 7th, 8th and 9th graders. With this event we seek to empower young people to take control of their education, career and lives!
Roll up your sleeves and help local students start the year strong! During Back-to-School Beautification Week, United Way Hands On will lead volunteer projects at schools across our region—planting flowers, painting classrooms, cleaning playgrounds, and more. It’s a great opportunity to make a visible difference before the first day of school.

Help local students start the school year prepared and confident. Donate financially, purchase supplies from our Amazon Wishlist, drop off new school supplies or volunteer at a school beautification project by August 7.
