United Way’s 2-1-1 Information and Referral Line is an easy-to-remember telephone number that connects you with community services to meet a wide variety of needs. Whether you need help with food, disaster assistance, crisis counseling, healthcare, housing or scores of other issues, this resource is fast, free and confidential.
Every 2-1-1 Call Center is part of the national 2-1-1 network, united to help as many people as possible. In fact, 2-1-1 is a critical part of United Way’s fight for the health, education and financial stability of every person in every community. In 2022, 27,000 calls were answered, and our 2-1-1 call specialists are ready and willing to assist even more people in 2023.
