United Way of Central Alabama’s (UWCA) Pacesetter Campaign typically runs through June and July — setting the stage for the fall campaign. Behind this effort are United Way’s Pacesetter Loaned Executives, who, this year, also happen to be the newest Relationship Managers in Resource Development.
Serving as Loaned Executives is proving to be an invaluable part of their onboarding, giving them firsthand experience in campaign leadership. Through the program, they will develop and implement company campaigns by working closely with top management and employee campaign coordinators.
2025 Pacesetter Loaned Executives
Chaney Tindle
Professional Background: I began working as a Relationship Manager at United Way of Central Alabama in April. I studied Biology at the University of Alabama before discovering my passion for community-focused work and nonprofit engagement.
Volunteer experience: I’ve enjoyed volunteering with Walker Christian Academy, STAIR of Birmingham, Habitat for Humanity and ILearn MBHS, gaining experience supporting children, education and hands-on community projects.
What are you most interested in gaining from the Loaned Executive experience? I’m excited to learn more about the community where I’ve grown up and gain a deeper understanding of how I can best serve and support it, while also gaining valuable professional experience.
What is your hometown? Birmingham, AL
What is your favorite local restaurant or coffee shop? My favorite dinner spot is El Barrio, and Gilchrist is my go-to for a great lunch!
What are your hobbies? I love staying active with running, swimming and skiing, but I also enjoy slowing down with a good book, baking something sweet or trying out new restaurants.
What is a random fact about you? Prior to this role, I lived and worked in Andalucía, Spain.
Jadyn Kulesea
Professional Background: I went to the University of Alabama for my undergraduate studies and received my Bachelor of Science in Public Health with a concentration in Health Education and Health Promotion as well as a minor in Food and Nutrition Sciences. I then stayed at the University of Alabama for my post-graduate studies where I received my Master of Public Health.
Volunteer experience: I have volunteered at local food pantries in the Tuscaloosa area and have gone on mission trips to areas in need around the U.S., helping rebuild homes and plant community gardens.
What are you most interested in gaining from the Loaned Executive experience? I am most interested in fine tuning my leadership skills and the opportunity to build relationships with the organizations that support United Way’s efforts to build a better community.

What are your hobbies? I enjoy playing with my puppy, exercising and cheering for the University of Alabama football team and the Green Bay Packers.
What is a random fact about you? I grew up 10 minutes away from Lambeau Field, the Green Bay Packers football stadium.
Taylor Morris
Professional Experience: I graduated from Auburn University in May 2025 with a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and a minor in counseling.
Volunteer experience: I have always had a passion for serving others and giving back to the community. Growing up, I had the opportunity to volunteer through my church and a local ministry where I participated in many different service days and mission trips. In college, I volunteered as a YoungLife leader for 3-1/2 years and was a Peer Educator for the Alabama Youth Relationship Education program.
What is your hometown? Birmingham, AL
What is your favorite local restaurant or coffee shop? My favorite local restaurants are Taco Mama and Brick & Tin. My favorite coffee shop is Church Street Coffee.
What are your hobbies? I enjoy spending time with friends and family, reading, walking, playing pickle ball and cheering on the Auburn Tigers!
