Priority Veteran – Helping Veterans Make a Fresh Start

Priority Veteran served 626 homeless veterans and their families in 2015. We were touched to receive the following thank you note from, Mr. Louie Battle, an Army Veteran, who is served by our Tuskegee office. Mr. Battle and his 86 year old mother were living in a home that was not fit for habitation. His mother was moved to a nursing home and Priority Veteran was able to secure housing for Mr. Battle, as well as connect him to additional resources for which he was entitled to through his veteran benefits.

Thank You Priority Veteran

“I would like to take this opportunity to tell you how grateful I am for helping me get back on my feet.  At one point I had no place to live and no financial means of getting a place.

But through the assistance you provided me, I have a place to stay and household items to help me live more comfortably.

My life is a lot less stressful now that I have my own place and household items to use as I need.  So again, thank you very much for all you did for me, the program you have in place is just what people like myself need to make a fresh start.”
