We work to ensure every Central Alabama student will graduate high school prepared for college, career and life. Through a partnership with Birmingham City Schools, we provide an intensive tutoring program to support students following COVID-related learning loss. By linking tutors from local colleges and universities with small groups of students in need, we have seen 3rd grade reading proficiency climb +10.67%, to 29%, compared to 18% during the pandemic.
