United Way Names its Shelby County Campaign Chair

Kelli Holmes, the Director of Partnership and Outreach at the University of Montevallo, is the Shelby County campaign chairperson for the UWCA 2016 campaign.

United Way of Central Alabama announced Kelli Holmes as the Shelby County campaign chairperson on March 10, 2016 at their annual Campaign Cabinet Retreat.

Holmes currently works as the Director of Partnership and Outreach at the University of Montevallo.

“It’s an honor to be serving as the Shelby County Chair for the 2016 Campaign. UWCA supports many Shelby County agencies that are near and dear to my heart,” said Holmes.

“Knowing these agencies rely on UWCA funding, motivates me to do all I can to make this campaign a success in the community where I live and work.”

Her entry point to United Way was working as the Director of Development for a United Way agency and as a member of it Visiting Allocations Team.

In June 2015, Holmes was recruited as volunteer to help initiate efforts new resource development programs.
