The Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program at United Way’s Area Agency on Aging invites you to sweeten the holidays for residents of 40 boarding homes in Jefferson County. Through “Home Sweet Home for the Holidays,” we’re asking individuals, community groups, and businesses to donate store-bought cakes, cookies, pies, and other desserts to brighten celebrations and remind residents they’re not forgotten.
